This is a question for anyone selling local telephone service under UNE-P in
SBC Ohio regions.  Have they overcharged you for 2-wire analog loops?    SBC
is claiming that we are incorrectly submitting all of our residential line
orders as business lines, and are charging us the higher business loop rate.
