I realized after I sent the last email that I forgot to answer your last
question about offloading...

Not if you want to get your phone lines for free (you still have to pay for
transport).  SS7 is actually not that difficult.  We, for example, get 2 A
links from Verizon (costs about $1,500/month).  They take care of about
everything involved.  It was actually pretty simple with the help we got
from Verizon and Telica.  Took us about 1 hr. to get everything working,
after the circuits were installed that is :).

Do you have information on what an entry level system (two DS3's of traffic)
comprised of these two solutions would cost?

Also, is it possible to both offload and PSTN frontend using PRI instead of
ISUPs to avoid SS7 intricacies?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
