I highly reccommend these folks for certification, compliance, litigation
and other.  Give Pat Crocker a call, he has done all of my Texas and if you
are looking for anything that involves litigation then these folks are who
you want to talk to for issues in any state.  Do a google search on them and
you will see the firm involved with nearly every state commission.  
Beyond being capable they are just good people.  Nothing but the best to say
about the Crockers and others (yes you Steve-O) at the firm on both a
professional and personal level.
