Alan and Majid,

There are a lot of consultants who work with Rural Telcos.  Some, such as
our firm, provide engineering, consulting, business planning and other
services.  We are a member of the Association of Communication Engineers has
members who provide professional engineering services to this market.

There are many other consultants that provide specialized consulting
services in billing, tariffs, rates, settlements, management training, and
other areas.  What are your specific interests.

Several associations represent the Rural Telcos.  Most of the consultants
are members of OPASTCO, National Telephone Cooperative Association and the
state telephone associations.
