[isp-clec] E-UDIT

Anyone have any current word on E-UDIT's?  With the ruling of the FCC on 
allowing UDITs to Wire Centers/COs with certain line restrictions, does 
that mean that E-UDITs will follow the same guideline?  The only reason 
I ask, is technically an E-UDIT is just an artifically deflated local 
loop to be used for remote offices/pops.
