[isp-invoicing] VoIP billing system needed

Hi all,
I am looking for a turnkey billing system (to rent or a hosted solution)
that works with Cisco AS5300 and/or Lucent Max 6000 and can do
origination/termination billing, different billing plans (prepaid, postpaid,
rates, round up, 6s billing increments for termination).
Also, please specify if is web-enabled (customers can see their remaining
minutes on the web) and if it can be connected to card payment engines (such
us PayPal).
