I didn't buy a thing from the booth babes, or the Aramark bartenders either (I put them booth in the same class), I did enjoy the breaks from the tedium of walking the show floor that both provided. When we have more women attendees I'd expect some pandering to their needs for a short break as well. And the few women attendees I spoke to spent their time talking about their business needs and how they were being filled at the show, and not about the "booth babes"; I think you're worrying more about them than the women attendees are.
