Chris, Generally I don't recommend TV for ISP's, but every situation is different. Would need to know a lot more about your specific company, services, and target markets before making any suggestions. Obviously, budget plays a very important role in marketing, but just because you have a large budget doesn't necessarily mean you need to spend all of it. And you certainly don't buy just one form of marketing, be it TV, radio, print, or whatever. You will need a balanced approach depending on your specific situation.
