[isp-marketing] Sales Commission Structure

I’m re-evaluating our commission structure for our ISP Division.

Our current structure for both inside sales and outside sales is base + 
commission.

Inside sales’ commission is 10% of setup fee and 25% of the first month.

Outside sales’ commission is 10% of setup fee and 100% of the first month.

We don’t offer any residuals.

How does this compare to what the rest of you offer?
